The hotel is brand new. The view from the rooms is beautiful, and they are lovely decorated and very spacious.
The staff is very polite , always in a good mood and very helpful.

Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile, la cena eccezionale.
Non so di preciso la scala delle stelle ma 5* mi sembra un po eccessivo.
La strada per arrivare è molto tortuosa, ma non dipende dalla struttura.

מתקנים חדישים , חדרים ענקים , נקיים ומאובזרים ברמה הכי גבוהה ונעימה.
שירות מעולה ולבבי של הבעלים חסן וצוותו , בריכה פנימית מדהימה , ארוחת בוקר איכותית ומצויינת ובשפע. אשתי טבעונית וחסן עשה הכל כדי שהכל יהיה עבורה מותאם ומושלם.
ממליצים בחום למשפחות ולבודדים ואין לנו ספק שנחזור לשם בטיול הבא בצפון אלבניה .
נבחר ברוב קולות למקום הכי טוב שהיינו בו באלבניה!

- When we were welcomed we weren’t shown any of the facilities in the hotel including pool etc
- The hotel had no idea of local attractions and it’s completely isolated
- Room wasn’t cleaned when we complained we were told we had to request it
- Fridge wasn’t working
- We had dinner in the hotel and it was the worst one in 2 weeks of Albania, bolognase pasta with hardly any meat and tasteless bruschetta.
- Soap dispenser had no soap in the sink
- Reception does not answer the phone we had to go reception every time we needed anything !
