I paid extra for a balcony overviewing the river... I only saw trees. The balcony door lock was jammed... had to get the mechanic ! No bottled weter included. Wi fi too slow to make connection via smart TV for You Tube or Netflix ! The toilet flush kept leaking all night, very annoying. Breakfast medeokre for 4* hotel. Everything was cooked (eggs, toast, sausages etc) but was all cold even at 7am !! Very well situated close to the town, but of no real toeristical importance. I recommend staying only for max 2 nights for drive through from airport. Fantastic waterfall only 9km.

We booked this hotel because its near to the airport as we have to catch a morning flight . The hotel is huge and clean. The scenery was nice too. Staff are very helpful. Overall recommended.

Dirty carpet, most facility in the room is spoil. Staff not respond to attend to it. No drinking water, no coffee n tea. Only dirty room to sleep
