Luxury Sandown Sandton Suite with Private Garden

The property is well secured, with security available throughout the day. The apartment is good with good furniture and all you would need for a homely stay: a kitchenette, washing machine, ironing facilities.

Since i came on a very cold week, a bigger heater would do for those cold days.

Quiet location, well situated, secure parking. Comfortable bed and good shower. Well equipped.

Some of the furnishings are a bit used.

A perfect week-long stay – comfortable, stylish, and safe I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for a week, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The furniture throughout the apartment is amazing – clearly well-chosen, stylish, and functional. The living area felt both luxurious and cozy, making it easy to relax. The host was wonderful. Any small question I had was answered within minutes – truly quick responses and genuine care.

The location was great. Thoughtfully decorated.

Regrettably (not exactly the owners fault), but the apartment block has a rising damp issue. This is causing a serious mould problem in the dingy bathroom. The shower was full of mould. I had to bleach it overnight TWICE! The rest of the bathroom also had mould on the tiles. The cupboard in the bedroom had mould on the bottom shelf There is a small store room in the bedroom which should NEVER be opened. The damp, wet small of the mould is potent. This apartment should not be rented out until those serious issues are resolved. It is a health hazard. The bed has a cheap and very uncomfortable mattress. The bedding is old and has holes in it. Didn't get that crisp, clean feeling from the bedding as the mould makes all the fabric moist and soft. The duvet inner was a joke! It was lumpy and worn. I brought my own bedding and duvet inner, pillows, and towels the next day. The kettle was dismal. Brought my own Im highly disappointed with booking.com as it was a genius scoring and had a high overall score. This was not the case at all. I feel misrepresented. I could have booked elsewhere. Im currently in the process of renovating my apartment and will be renting for the next 3 months. Im not sure if I can trust your site, and I was a loyal customer.
