Cleanliness and spacious and airy room. Common hall with dining table is awesome. Location and accessibility to the city. Ample car parking space Washing machine and drying area is convenient
Bed should be of King Size or at least they need to think of increasing the size of the bed reasonably.

Location, nice staff
Common kitchen area was not clean. The kitchen items in the room, like coffee mug, kettle were not clean. Our water heater did not work. They took 1 full day to fix it. The area outside our room was noisy.
