Shriya Home Stay

I had an excellent experience at Shriya Homestay in Madurai. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home straight away. The entire property is kept clean—rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were all well maintained throughout my stay. The homestay is ideally located just a short distance from the city centre, making it easy to reach the Meenakshi Amman Temple, local markets, and plenty of restaurants and shops. Public transport and auto-rickshaws are readily available right outside, which was very convenient. Considering the level of comfort, hospitality, and the excellent location, Shriya Homestay offers outstanding value for money. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madurai

The property is close to all amenities which acceable to many needs. Well maintained and host was so good who cares the customers.

The place was quiet and located in a very nice location near the city center. Staff was very supportive.

AC was new and it was leaking may be because of first time.

Wonderful hosts who were very helpful and trusting in every way. we really enjoyed conversations with them via Google translate and exchanged much about our lives and family. Room was spacious and everything worked well. we were able to extend our stay by an extra night due to illness without any problems. The hosts organised an auto for an early 5:30 am departure and came early to see us off and collect keys. home stay is close to grocery stores, street stalls and good restaurants.

Home stay is on opposite side of river to major tourist sites in city so involved extra costs to get around.
