The amenities were excellent, Like being at home. Kitchen and laundry appliances, great functioning air conditioner. Bathroom was beyound expectations. The host lives above and is detailed oriented, pleasant, available and approachable. Nice Front and back porches…secure With alarm, camera and lighted secure parking. Nicely by modestly furnished. When Ever in DC, I’ll stay here without hesitation.
The neighbors is being revitalized through gentrification…new Construction all around…streets are not dangerous but there is a hint of being aware…but no problems encountered….If your not accustomed to urban life at its fullest…u might hesitate but there’s no reason!

The Apartment was very beautiful, spacious and clean. Also the free off street parking is very convenient as often the street is full with cars. So it’s a bonus to have your own parking at the back of the apartment.
All was good and enjoyed our stay.

Parking, apartment was clean and neat. Checking was smooth and all concerns or questions were answered in less than 10mins .

The apartment is incredibly good! Spacious living room. 2 very good bedrooms with the wardrobes. Everything was packed! It’s like you come back home. You have everything you need. My stay was very comfortable! Host is fantastic!
The apartment is located 20-30 minutes driving from the capital hill area in DC (And 1,5 hour of walking distance) So it’s better to have a car. Due to my health conditions, I have to walk a lot (so for walking the area where is apartment located is not good area. Only this issue) And I definitely will rebook this apartment
