Locatia ultracentrala, cu parcarea nu a fost problema deoarece aveam talon pentru persoana cu dizabilitate, si cei de la politai locala au spus ca nu este necesar un bilet de acces sau plata la un parcomat.

Szuper belváros, csendes belső udvarra és a szomszéd házfalra néz. Felszerelt konyha. Fürdőszoba, villanybojlerrel, szükség esetére villany fűtőtesttel. Tv a nappaliban és a hálóban is van. A nappali kanapéjával akár 4 főnek is elég hely.
Pont a hálószobában van elhelyezve a fűtésvezérlő, aminek a kijelzője (a wifi készülékkel párban) éjjel bevilágítja a kis helyiséget (kb. 9nm). Ez a fűtésvezérlő emellett éjjel 03-07 óra között bekapcsolt és az aludni szándékozókat folyamatos zúgással tartotta ébren. A wc és a hálószoba közös fallal kapcsolódnak.
