excellent apartment, spacious one bedroom and a diner / lounge with sofa bed. Kitchen was good too with good equipment. Amazing hosts. Very clean and generous with cleaning equipment and time. Guest card is great as you get a free chairlift. Location is a 20 minute gentle walk from town along forest path near main road. The swimming lake is recommended too.

The Dölderer family are exceptional hosts who genuinely made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Every member of the family was warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. Our 5-year-old felt so loved and cared for that she actually started crying when it was time to leave - exemplifies the wonderful hospitality they showed us throughout our stay. As we departed, the whole family came out to say goodbye, a gesture that made our farewell even more special. We've stayed in many places over the years, but we've never experienced such heartfelt hospitality. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a kitchen that had everything required for preparing meals. The balcony offered stunning mountain views, making it the perfect spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. Despite the heatwave, with daytime temperatures around 35°C, the apartment remained pleasantly cool in the evenings, providing a welcome escape from the heat outside. A special thanks for letting our daughter use the play area they had set up for their own children. It made her holiday even more memorable. Overall, a 10/10 stay. The apartment was excellent, but what truly made this place unforgettable was the warmth and generosity of the Dölderer family. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for genuine hospitality.

There was a booking mix-up when we arrived late in the evening, and it appeared that our apartment had been double-booked, with another guest already checked in. Naturally, this wasn't an ideal start to our holiday, and I would be interested to understand how it happened. That said, what really matters is how the situation was handled. Catharine and Markus immediately took ownership of the problem and worked hard to find us a nearby apartment for the first two nights of our week-long stay. Since having a kitchen was important for our family, finding a suitable alternative at such short notice couldn't have been easy, but they managed it and helped us get settled. While the initial mix-up was unfortunate, I genuinely appreciate how much effort they put into making things right. Most hosts would simply have directed us to Booking.com to resolve the issue, but the Dölderer family went out of their way to ensure our holiday remained comfortable.

Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Gastgeber. Die ganze Familie hat uns als Gäste so herzlich empfangen, dass man sich direkt wohl gefühlt hat. Egal mit wem, es gab sofort sehr sympathische Gespräche, alle waren super hilfsbereit und haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts weit über das übliche Maß hinaus unterstützt! Die Lage der Unterkunft. Ein wenig abseits des kleinen Örtchens Werfenweng gelegen, ist das die perfekte Kombination aus absolut entspannter Ruhe und trotzdem ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten Fußweg bei sämtlicher Gastronomie. Ein kleiner Bach, welcher in unmittelbarer Nähe verläuft rundet das ganze genau so ab, wie das Beobachten der Gleitschirmflieger beim Frühstücken auf der Terrasse vor der Bergkulisse.
