The location, the reception, the apartment was all great I’d definitely book again

Getting out of the lift on the 11th floor the smell of weed hits you immediately. That was the only issue I had.

The location was walking distance to CTICC, where my conference held. I found it very convenient. Just outside the building a bit crowded, because closer to train station. No other complains. Check in was smooth and clear. Every door and entrance was secured with private pin numbers.

Location was excellent for access to the Convention Centre. Building is safe & secure with multiple security points (entry, lift & on the floor of the apartment). None of my devices (5 in all) could not connect to the Wi-Fi. Initially owners were slow to respond but in the end kindly bought me data for the week to use with my mobile, so that I could then hotspot my other devices, which was much appreciated.

Bedding not clean. No matrass cover, just a single (dirty) sheet. No bedside lamps. No towel rack in the bathroom - it clearly had one, but now just the fixings remain. No body wash or shampoo - luckily I usually travel with my own supply. No hairdryer, so if you have long hair, that could be tricky... No ironing board.
