Location, cozy feel to it, neat and tidy

The outside stairs leading up to the main bedroom had no railing and were very dark at night. Could easily fall and hurt yourself badly

Facilities were great. Everything could reasonably be required was available.

Gas heated showers not great. Shower only available for a short time. By the time the temperature is adjusted there is no hot water.

Definitely thr shower. Beyond standard.

It was a beautiful property. Newly built so still some unfinished aspects. The deck stairs have no railing though which may be a bit unsafe. The door handle also kept breaking.

There were some kind of rodents in the upper ceiling so I kept hearing them move around the house. The host was not the friendliest, he kept threatening me about booking the property alone; essentially doubting that I could book a place alone. He even deleted messages after he realised how unfriendly and unkind he was to me. I’d explained the night before that it was a solo birthday experience and had asked for a birthday arrangement that I gladly would’ve paid for. Then he simply did NOT deliver and I had to arrange it by myself
