Très bien situé, beaucoup de couchages, beaucoup d’espace et proche des commerces. À 30 du centre de Rome par transport en commun. Accueil parfait par l’hôte !!!

The location was perfect for our purposes (LDS Temple) and in a safe area (gated community). Private parking was included (and easily accommodated our large 9-passenger van). The facility was spacious, with plenty of room for our party of 7 (could handle a couple more). Nice large outdoor patio area and other outdoor space (albeit we did not use). Everything we needed was provided and worked fine. Refrigerator was large enough for a large group. Dining table was large enough to accommodate our group of 7. Beds were not super soft but were comfortable enough for our needs for 3-nights. A neighborhood cat was friendly :).

Could be a bit cleaner (chairs particularly, but everything in general). Lack of AC in much of the facility (was in a couple of bedrooms, but not all...and it was hot weather during the days when we were there, but it eventually cooled off just enough late in the evening and fans were provided). Needs some renovating, paint, etc. Some wasted space and stuff stored in the facility. 3-level facility with bedrooms and bathrooms on each level....could also be considered a positive. Shower and kitchen facilities could be a bit nicer.

la villa era un po' in disordine ma niente di esagerato, purtroppo i vicini sono dei vecchietti in po scorbutici
