Sunshine Eco Residence

Everything was very nice. It’s a spacious, clean apairtment in a good location. It looks exactly like in the photo. The host was helpfull and friendly.

The property was very clean and well presented and secure. Comfy beds and furnishings and nice decor inside. There were some snacks and water left for us. We met the owner, a nice gentleman who was able to let us in early. The place was airy, roomy and quiet.

There is an outside area which we found to be quite disappointing in that the table had a mouldy cover fixed to it which was very unsightly, not hygienic to sit at if you wanted to eat outside. There was a dead plant in a pot in the middle of the table and the whole area was not appealing at all which is such a shame as it could be lovely. The table needs addressing and replaced with one with a hole though for a parasol as there was no shade and it was scorching.The mugs in the kitchen were heavily stained and mismatched which isn't good. When sitting inside in the evening you are overlooked and if you put the light on its even worse as the blind did not work to afford privacy.The wifi and tv downstairs was poor so the tv did not transmit properly. Finally when leaving the procedure is that you have to leave the keys in the property but you need a key to get out of the complex so this is a problem. This resulted in us having to contact the owner so we could leave and continue our journey. This needs addressing.

Très bel appartement, bien situé, propre, fonctionnel, spacieux, bien décoré. Tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour ! Nous recommandons sans hésitation.
