Location was great, clean.

Restaurant menu could be improved

The location, rooms, cleanliness is excellent.. Staff is polite and cooperative.

The food was not as per ISKCON standard.. we had lunch, dinner and breakfast. But the taste was not good. May be they had very less staff , because of which we faced issue with food.. I got loose motion after eating breakfast and my daughter started vomiting in the morning after having biryani at previous night…

Location and holy surrounding

2 out of 3 balconies were not cleaned and therefore could not be used. Also breakfast menu needs relook. Consider adding cereals.

Food was ok., though a bit below expectation, considering the price they charge for the room. The staff was very cordial and courteous but equally unprofessional. I booked boat ride to Sangam for the next morning. In the evening when I approached the reception, there was no staff. Th security guard present nearby and another staff member who happened to be there advised me to be present at 730 am next morning at the reception from where we will be taken to the boat. Accordingly we reached the reception at 725 am the next morning only to be told that the boat was full and there was no way we could be accommodated. The room was good and the property well maintained. A little improvement in the way they work and the quality of food can make it a good option for stay. I had booked with the ISKCON for the first time but felt disappointed. I know of many properties in Prayagraj which a far better at lesser price than this property.
