A car is necessary everywhere. Without a car, it would be impossible to get around. The only place you can realistically reach on foot is a small local shop.
What I didn’t like was the cleanliness. Walking barefoot around the villa, the floors felt dirty and dusty. The bedspreads and the living room sofa were also dusty. We had to vacuum everything, wash the floors, clean the bedspreads, and wipe the dust ourselves.The grass around the pool hadn’t been mowed yet. Also, when we turned on the air conditioner, it gave off an unpleasant smell. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay. :)

Everything was at a high level
The palms were not cleaned, taking into account that they are growing near the pool the water in the pool was not very clean because of all the dirt falling from the palms, however the owner ensured us that the the palms will be cleaned after our check out.
