Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Die zentrale Lage ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass sich direkt unten auf der Straße ein Ausgehviertel befindet. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte das berücksichtigen. Einziger größerer Kritikpunkt ist das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage. Bei Temperaturen von 38 Grad im Sommer wird es in der Wohnung sehr heiß und ist kaum auszuhalten. Mit einer Klimaanlage wäre der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer.

Sono stata solo una notte. Posizione centralissima e ideale per il mio lavoro, struttura ampia, camera da letto separata dal soggiorno/cucina molto funzionali, molto luminosa con tante finestre.
Per chi avesse difficoltà, solo scala per accedere, per fortuna l’appartamento è al primo piano. Posizione perfetta ma piazza un po’ rumorosa con strada sotto le finestre. Il bagno va arieggiato. Manca aria condizionata che in estate è necessaria.

Appartamento bello e accogliente. Ottima la posizione.
Il problema del parcheggio in zona. C'è un parcheggio a pagamento ma i costi sono elevati (15 ore di sosta a più di 24€).
