Good location. It was a good space for large groups. Hosts were responsive to issues. It had most of what we needed and all easy to use. Mostly quiet, especially at night.

Pool Cleanliness was very poor. Pool cleaner came twice in the 1st 4 days(did an average job) then not till we left. By the end the pool was pretty green, we didn't really want to use it in the last 3-4 days. Looked like the pool has to be manually filtered by a separate filter. House cleaner only came once in 11 days and we had to ask for more toilet paper and paper towels. Had no lights in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom for 11 days. The same bedroom had a faulty aircon which had to be re gassed which took a few days. Main bedroom aircon was poor compared to the others in the house. Ran out of water twice. Told it was filled with 4000 liters the 1st time but some one left a tap on for it again to run out somehow. Water was re ordered pretty quickly. Some construction noise from the building works down the drive.
