Our stay exceeded all expectations. The apartment perfectly balanced modern elegance with a warm, home-like atmosphere, and it was every bit as beautiful as the photos presented during booking. Walking through the door and finding that the property genuinely matched its online listing immediately put us at ease. The level of comfort and convenience provided was exceptional. The apartment was equipped with everything we could possibly need, including an iPad for guest use, two smart TVs with access to streaming services, a dishwasher, washing machine, and countless other thoughtful amenities that made our stay effortless and enjoyable. What truly set this property apart was the attention to detail. After arriving from the airport, we were delighted to find a lovely welcome package waiting for us, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The hosts clearly put great care into the guest experience, from attaching an AirTag to the pool access card to help prevent it from being misplaced, to providing parasols that guests could take to the beach—an incredibly useful touch that we made great use of during our stay. Communication was excellent throughout. The instructions for locating and accessing the property were clear and easy to follow, and any questions we had were answered promptly and helpfully. This was one of the most well-equipped and thoughtfully managed properties we have stayed in. Every detail seemed carefully considered to ensure guests had a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable experience. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional accommodation.

There were only a few minor points that could be improved, none of which significantly impacted our overall experience. The main source of confusion was the parking situation. Prior to arrival, we were informed that there was no parking available at the property and that only street parking could be used. Naturally, this made us somewhat concerned about where to leave our vehicle. However, when I later inquired at reception, I was told that guests could use the designated parking areas on the hotel premises whenever spaces were available, without worrying about fines or towing. While this ultimately turned out not to be an issue, the differing information caused some unnecessary uncertainty upon arrival. A little more clarity regarding parking arrangements would be helpful for future guests. Another small improvement would be the inclusion of operating instructions for the microwave. Although we attempted to translate the controls, we still found it difficult to understand how to use it correctly. While I could have contacted the host for assistance, a simple user guide within the apartment would have made things much easier. Despite trying various settings, we often struggled to heat food properly, and on one occasion I nearly burned a bag of popcorn while experimenting with the controls. Finally, I noticed that one of the screws appeared to be missing from the extendable section of the sofa, preventing part of the mechanism from securing properly when lifting the cushion. This was a very minor issue and did not affect our stay in any meaningful way, but it may be worth checking during future maintenance. Overall, these were relatively small observations in what was otherwise an excellent stay. The apartment was exceptionally well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed, and I would happily stay here again.
