On arrival the property, a ground floor property with a mezzanine level and roof terrace was on the edge of a lovely complex. Inside it was 2 bedrooms with double beds, one with an en-suite, the other with a separate bathroom. There is also a mezzanine level bedroom we didn’t use. Both rooms, the bathrooms and kitchen/diner/lounge were comfortable and very clean. The beds could be a bit more comfortable but that was our only issue and a minor one at that. Access to the 4 pools and pool bar in the main complex was relatively easy and not far. Again, clean and well maintained. Within a short walk was a small shop, Irish pub serving good basic pub classics and a pizza takeaway. We are at the pub a couple of times, the food was good. The shop was open 8:30am and 9pm every day. It was pretty well stocked and not overly expensive. We didn’t use the pizza takeaway. Other bars and restaurants are a little walk away. The pool bar open lunchtime till 7pm was good, bingo on a Wednesday. A great stay, would likely stay here again as Golf del sur being a quite sedate area suited us well and the apartment was lovely.
