Location in Genoa. Private parking space was excellent.
Shower was poor as was the water pressure in general. Sometimes the toilet took ages to refill after a flush which can be awkward with 4 people staying. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain until I removed a big hair ball / ball of slime from below the plug. The floors turned the bottom of our feet black despite having been mopped less than an hour before. There were no breakfast bowls at all and a shortage of glasses.

- Unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out - Gastgeber*in war über WhatsApp stets schnell zu erreichen - Abflüsse im Bad (Waschbecken & Dusche) funktionierten nicht so gut, aber sonst Ausstattung im Zimmer war alles nötige vorhanden und es war sauber - Kleiner Innenhof mit Parkmöglichkeit super für Gäste mit Auto - Gute Lage: 15 Gehminuten zum Hafen, 5 Gehminuten bis ins Centro, kaum 1 Gehminute bis zu einem kleinen Laden mit fast Allem, rund herum preiswerte Restaurants

Logement bien situé. Parking voiture indispensable.
Un autre appartement partage le parking avec vous Mais, impossible de mettre 2 voitures familiales garées côte à côte. Vous êtes donc obligé de vous entendre tous les jours avec le voisin pour savoir qui va se garer devant l'autre en fonction de qui aura besoin de sortir sa voiture. Extérieur inutilisable tellement il y a de moustiques. Ce qui n'est pas étonnant, puisqu'il y a un très grand nombre de pots de fleurs et plantes en tout genre qu'un monsieur est venu arroser très copieusement...
