Pristine gardens with well manicured lawns. Property is on the shores of Lake Victoria.
The receptionist was a bit nonchalant ,rudely said that no rooms were available despite there being 5 units available, which was confirmed on booking.com. Rooms were a bit untidy, and dusty especially the floor mats. The breakfast could use some improvements.
