Location is near perfect: easy to reach, very quite neighborhood , very roomy bedroom and living-room with excellent lounge-sofa, very nice kitchen and a large garden to relax in.
Also its located in the sub-basement so even with very hot weather (we had 36 degrees...) it stays nice and cool.
The host is very, very helpful so all in all we had a very pleasant stay.
BTW: Döner shop, supermarkets (ReWe, Penny), German restaurant and ice-salon in walking distance.
My adv ice: buy a nice bottle of German Riesling at ReWe and enjoy it together with your partner sitting in the garden in the evening, listening to the birds chirping.
If you are 6 ft 2 (like me) or taller you might want to be careful in the shower because that could be a bit higher.
But, it is nice and clean, as is the rest of the place.
Also a brolly/sunshade in the garden would make it even better.

Appartement in het souterain. Daardoor is het er aangenaam koel, een groot pluspunt deze zomer. Twee slaapkamers en een aparte woonkamer en keuken. Vanuit de woonkamer is er toegang tot het terras buiten. Comfortabele bedden, en een fijne grote bank in de woonkamer.
De badkamer is wat krap. Je moet douchen in het bad, met daarboven een erg laag plafond als gevolg van de trapopgang die erboven zit. Maar dit is niet onoverkomelijk.

Super ausgestattet (insbesondere die Küche) und sehr schöner Garten! Insgesamt eine super Entdeckung! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Alles war einwandfrei. Nur das Kinderbett bräuchte eine richtige Matratze.
