Bed Bugs don't stay

NOTHING

BED BUGS When we arrived kids were barefooted and there feet were black so I mopped floor. The toilet in beach house was plugged so they came to snake it out. Then our hot water didn't work they came and fixed that. But the most problem we had was 3 of the bed had Bed Bugs. We contacted owner he told us he would bring in new beds and he would pay for us to move to hotel. He had them removed then I saw them take them and bring across the street to his maintenance guy then return 2 days later in plastic with duct tape and they were the same beds they took out. We have plenty of pictures of all our bites and he said they were knats. He was cooperating at first then he ghosted us and told us to talk to his manager. The manager preceded to tell us they had the beds examined and was determined no bugs. He said they were from outside which the 5 people from our party were only outside for minutes and the kids were outside everyday and never received nothing. This house was not clean and defiantly has bed bugs. The owner refused to give our money back for house and the hotel. We were coming to town for a wedding and it was such an embarrassment to go to wedding with our legs, back, arms and neck full of bites. Our nieces who attended the wedding is a physician and said yes indeed that is what this is bed bugs.
