Fantastic spacious ground floor apartment in a great neighbourhood, 2 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom, large lounge/diner area with full size very comfortable sofa bed. Everything was clean and well maintained and well furnished, there was decent free wifi and also free parking in the communal carpark literally outside the apartment front door. Walk less than 5 mins and you are in an area with breakfast cafes/restaurants and bars. We walked to Broadway leisurely and took around 30 minutes through Music Row.The apartment is in a decent neighbourhood and we felt safe at all times.

The only small complaint is not about the apartment itself, it's on the ground floor and we were woken at 7am by someone cleaning the inside of the apartment directly above. They could be heard walking around the apartment using a vacuum cleaner for what seemed like forever!

Me gusto todo, muy bien situado en una zona tranquila, te puedes mover muy bien tanto en autobús como Uber al centro, muy limpio, vecinos silenciosos, muy buena lavadora y secadora, exacto a como lo venden, super cómoda la estancia allí

Solo una cosa, se escucha muchísimo el trafico de la carrretera.

The apartment was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The appliances appeared to be fairly new and all that we used worked as expected. This apartment is located a few blocks from Vanderbilt campus but easily walkable to restaurants and stores. It was safe as well. We did have some road noise but it was not bothersome. The property management replied promptly to our questions and their communication was very clear. They also allowed us to stay later to accommodate medical appointments I would recommend working with them again.
