About this apartment rental
Full kitchen with gas range, dining for 8, cocktail stand, coffee station, and a free parking spot on historic Music Row. Walk to RCA Studio B, Belmont, Edge Hill and Hillsboro Village.
**THE SPACE**
Dolly`s iconic career and personality resonate through every room of the biggest suite in the house.
The `Butterfly Room` has a queen bed. The `What Would Dolly Do` Room has a king bed, twin bunks, and the suite`s secret weapon: a walk-in closet converted into a custom makeup station, built for getting a full crew ready for a night out. The large living/dining room adds two queen sleeper sofas, custom Dolly arm chairs, a dining table with 8 seats, a coffee station, and a cocktail stand. All told: 10 guests across 6 beds, with one full bathroom.
The fully-equipped kitchen has a full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas range, microwave, and cookware.
Step outside onto your own private second-story balcony - outdoor furniture, a gas fire pit, evening lighting, and a straight view of Belmont Mansion. Book the Walk the Line Studio next door too and the two suites combine, sleeping 12 across the whole upper floor`s best spaces. Add the Elvis Heartbreak Hotel too and you have the entire upstairs for 18 guests!
**ACCESS**
The full suite is yours, plus the balcony, one allocated parking space behind the home, and the shared basement laundry accessed from the outside of the building.
**NOTES**
Second-floor suite reached by stairs; no elevator. One bathroom for the suite - worth knowing for a full group of 10.
You`re on 17th Avenue South - the real Music Row, where the labels, publishers, and studios still work. RCA Studio B, where Elvis recorded over 200 songs, is a short walk from the front door. Belmont University and Belmont Mansion are just up the hill; Vanderbilt is less than a mile north.
Hillsboro Village is a 5 minute walk for coffee, brunch, and the Belcourt Theatre. Edgehill Village and 12South are minutes away. Lower Broadway`s honky-tonks are about a 5-7 minute drive - close enough for a night out, far enough that you`ll actually sleep. Nashville International Airport is roughly 15 minutes by car.
This is one suite within a 98 year-old home divided into five individually themed rentals, so other guests may be staying in neighboring suites. One rear parking space is allocated per suite; free street parking on 17th Ave is first-come, first-served and easiest after business hours. Plan ahead if you`re bringing more than one vehicle.
The basement laundry (two full-size washers and dryers, pods and dryer sheets included) is shared with guests in other suites and accessed from outside. Luxury linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are provided.
Legends on the Row is independently owned and operated. Each suite is a fan tribute celebrating an artist`s legacy and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any artist, estate, or their management.
This is a multi-unit building so please refrain from loud and vulgar music.
