The location. Beautiful views yet very close to Ashbourne, Carsington etc., Well appointed cottages and good outside space. Cottages are tastefully decorated and very comfortable.
Some of the beds would be more suited for children as not very comfortable .

The location was beautiful and the property was extremely clean. The added touch of complimentary tea and coffee was a bonus. Lots to do within 30 min drive.
The oven and electric hob took too long to warm up or even cook anything but this honestly did not ruin the experience for us. It was a minor inconvenience compared to everything else we got from this property.

House was well equipped, beds all made well and location was good. Games room was excellent!
Nothing particularly. If being super critical coins have had a little bit of a better rear garden/patio.

High level of finish & clean on arrival.
The hot tub lock was broken (which didn’t influence our stay) but the fire escape door handle was broken & difficult to secure. It’s also unclear on booking.com that the hot tub is extra for all the properties though the staff were great at resolving this.
