Lovely cottage ,decorated to a high standard. Beach at the end of the road. Easy to get bus into Great Yarmouth.
No parking at property but not an issue as able to park on the road

Well presented property, with everything needed for our stay. Was clean and tidy, and ideally located to the beech. Great communication with owner, and accommodating to our needs.
Only thing was the parking, with a child it would have been nice to have parking outside. It was not to much of an issue, parking was available up the street, and free parking between hours of 6pm and 9am.

Particularly loved the bed - very comfortable! Very cleverly furnished and use of space. Great location.
I did think that the open stairs wouldn't be suitable for the elderly or children of a certain age but wasn't a problem with my family.
