The location is great, the access from front door to pool to beach was perfect, especially with teenagers.
Dishwasher did not work well, dishes in the cupboard were dirty, ran a load 3 times & they were still dirty, had to hand wash everything before and after use. Only 2 kitchen garbage bags for the whole week, had to ration toilet paper too. No mention in the listing that the washer & dryer were not in the unit. Had to pay extra for laundry & the dryer didn’t work the last night & kept my money.

Was actually on the beach!
Had a great view of the pool and the beach because we were on the second floor, which is what we asked for
The kitchen was very well equipped with dishes and utensils One would normally need for a week condo visit.
Could have used a little sprucing up and fine-tuning.
The air vents looked old, Rusty, and look like they needed cleaning.

Check in was very smooth, no problem at all. Condo is very nice and comfortable with more than you need.
This not a complaint but maybe a suggestion. Toilets are very low, I understand they are the old kind but it will be a nice upgrade, especially the one in the back room. It will be good for the not so young guests😊

We liked the pool. We liked being beachfront. Liked the coffee pots. Loved the size of the room. Loved the gift basket. Housekeeping was very nice.
Washer and dryer in room. Outdated key box. Key pad would have been better. More towels.
