Aqua Villa Condo 204 Beachfront

The lockbox at the door made things super simple

We had a great time. The condo was very clean and on the beach. Nice pool and grilling area . They even left us a snack tray and a bottle of wine

We loved Aqua Villa. The beach is steps from your front door. The pool is lovely and the area is very clean. The property manager Jacqueline is very nice and helpful. Unit 204 is nicely decorated and very comfortable. This was my second stay at this unit and I highly recommend it.

I liked everything

Being right on the beach and having our own entryway to the beach was very nice.

Unfortunately like some of the other reviews, that I did not see before booking. The place was a bit dusty and outdated. It works if you are just going to sleep there but with the rain lately we did get stuck inside a lot. There were dishes that were dirty. The second bathroom we didn’t even use because the ceiling tiles are broken and it honestly just looked nasty. There is a balcony but it’s not a private one nor is there space to place a chair to just watch the beach from your room. The washing machine was filled with black water and out of service the whole time plus you have to pay to use it ( again thought we had a w/d in the room).
