Family & Group Accomodation by Woodmere

We had a wonderful stay at Woodmere Family & Group Apartments. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family. The staff were warm, responsive, and always ready to assist whenever needed. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, secure environment, and convenient location close to malls, restaurants, and key areas in Kilimani. The rooms were well maintained, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen facilities very convenient for longer stays. It felt more like a home away from home than a hotel. Highly recommended for families, groups, or anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in Nairobi. We would definitely come back again.

The apartment was a decent size . All you need was there. Housekeeping staff was so helpful and lovely. Reception open 24/7 . We loved the swimming pool , even better with swimming lessons for local children being there so I didn't have to worry about my own children being noisy :))

Food is excellent, staff are nice and friendly - and always helpful. My room was clean on arrival. Also a big fan of the amenities - spa, pool, gym, etc.

Accommodations were clean and there was a Cafe on site. However, very very poor management! We were a group of 4 female friends travekling together and had booked the 4 bedroom, 2 bath suite. Upon arrival they informed very curly that despite our booking the accommodation SIX months in advance, it was no longer available as the family with children who had the booking before us decided to stay longer! They then separated us into 2 small 2 bedrooms on 2 different floors. Naturally since they waited until we arrived we didn't have alternatives but to stay as Id booked a 5 am pick up that next morning for a tour excursion. Horrible!
