Great location, very quiet but close to everything in Trastevere that we want to walk to. Easy check-in process. Comfortable apartment. Looooved the balcony.

Nothing really terrible. Just a bit sparse with some supplies. No wine opener (I purchased one and left it there), only 1 wine glass, lack of lighting around the bed area.

Good size apartment, comfortable bed and great location.

This is not a hotel as advertised, it's an airbnb apartment. No actual human available to help. We were stuck outside the main door looking for a black button as per instructions provided by "virtual concierge" - it was actually a digital button. Communication through booking.com should be better to make sure your client knows it's a fully digital key - you must have a cell phone and a phone plan to access the key. VERY slow response time when help is needed. It took them 45 min to get back to us when we needed help to enter the property. Until then, we were left standing outside with our luggage. Walls are very thin. You will hear every sneeze, conversation and loud music. Water was cold. They called facilities to fix it after considerable delay, and after one shower, it was back to being lukewarm/cold again. I would not stay here again.
