Good location, pleasant room.

No staff at the property. Access via digital key card on phone. The digital key card system failed during my stay, which was stressful in the moment. (Managed to find an solution after some back and forth with customer support)

Buena ubicación Es un espacio cómodo, para pasar 1 o 2 noches. No más que eso. Está bien equipado. Con aire, buen tele. Cocina eléctrica y art de cocina. Una heladera pequeña súper funcional.

Todos los ruidos del edificio se escuchan en el depto. Tanto la puerta de ingreso, como en ascensor.

Good size apartment, comfortable bed and great location.

This is not a hotel as advertised, it's an airbnb apartment. No actual human available to help. We were stuck outside the main door looking for a black button as per instructions provided by "virtual concierge" - it was actually a digital button. Communication through booking.com should be better to make sure your client knows it's a fully digital key - you must have a cell phone and a phone plan to access the key. VERY slow response time when help is needed. It took them 45 min to get back to us when we needed help to enter the property. Until then, we were left standing outside with our luggage. Walls are very thin. You will hear every sneeze, conversation and loud music. Water was cold. They called facilities to fix it after considerable delay, and after one shower, it was back to being lukewarm/cold again. I would not stay here again.
