Location, many restaurants I ac2 to 10 minutes walk. Many buses towards Rome arrractions within 6 min walk. I walked to the Vatican - ~2 km walk, walked to the Pantheon and the Trevi Fiuntain. I could walk to the Coliseum but the time was rude, so we took the bus. Highly recommend using Google map. There is e family owned prosciutto store in 3 minutes walk and small supermarket next to it. Tha AC was great in the scorching heat outside. The espresso machine and the cofee were exactly to my taste. The kitchenette has utensils, plates, bowls, sewing things (threats and needles). Even bottle corker. There is tee, honey, cofee creamer … Nuce pastry shoo (expensive) across the street, small pizzaria next door (did not try it) and small store for akmost everything to eat (I was getting my club soda from there). Fruits an vegetables bazar 2 minutes walk (in the mornings).
Although I met the property manager’s mother who does the cleaning and the house keeping, my interaction with Frederick was only by Whatsuo (he respond writhing a minute to inquries though). For the Citi tax I had to pay cash or Pay sonething (no credit card). There are at least 3 ATM machines 3-4 minutes walk but you pay the transaction fee.

Location is superb, a relatively quiet street in a great neighborhood. I walked far in all directions to great satisfaction. I simply had green tea every morning in a salon that was always empty because the other guests had probably already stirred. The room was very good. It makes the most of its space, has a big window, the heat pump was great, the bath is nice. Everything works. I did not use the fridge—probably will on my next visit. I was very busy with a cultural event in Monteverde during my stay, but the room was perfect for the sightseeing I did manage. Many nearby places to eat and drink. I found host Federico always available via WhatsApp and very helpful, considerate!

We loved the location in Trastevere and it wasn’t noisy at all! As two young teenage girls we felt extremely safe and comfortable there, and there was a lift that made transporting our luggage easy! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming!
There was just a bit of miscommunication when we arrived as to when we could access the building/ room/ luggage drop off, however he kindly let us into our room a lot earlier than we expected which was amazing as our flight landed very early.

The hostess was friendly. In a nice location close to a very pretty area of Trastevere. We were able to drop off our bags early as we had an early flight into Rome and this made our morning easier.
The room was so small it was difficult for two people to move around. Also, the 2 hosts didn’t seem to communicate as they were telling us different things. The street was very loud and a lot of noise coming from the piazza at night.
