Ein toller Blick auf's Meer und sehr ruhige Lage in schöner Umgebung. Fußweg zur Promenande/zum Strand ca. 10 Minuten, Bushaltestelle nach Timmendorf/Travemünde und DB-Bahnhof nach Lübeck 10-15 Minuten. Also ruhig und doch recht zentral gelegen. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann das Auto stehen lassen.
Die Geschirrausstattung der Küche inkl. Gläser könnte mal eine Auffrischung gebrauchen, ebenso das TV-Modell.

Maisonettewohnung mit großer Wohnküche und Balkon. Eigener, nahegelegener Parkplatz. Sehr gepflegtes Mehrparteienwohnhaus. Gemütliche und durchdachte Einrichtung. Ruhige jedoch verkehrsgünstige Umgebung.
Die unpersönliche Schlüsselübergabe mittels eines an einem anderen Ort befindlichen Schlüsselsafes ist irritierend und verunsichert, auch wenn alles hervorragend geklappt hat. Wofür der Vermieter nichts kann, was jedoch dem einen oder anderen Gast unangenehm sein könnte, ist die große Anzahl von Spinnen auf dem Balkon und bei geöffneten Fenstern auch im Innern.
