Hyvä sijainti ja auton sai parkkiin. Siisti ja kiva huoneisto, jossa kaikki tarvittavat. Ainoa paikka, jossa roskat on edellytetty itse hoitaa pois, vaikka olen tavannut sen homman hoitaa muissakin kohteissa.. Roskat otettiin mukaan, kun ei löytynyt ohjeista huolimatta roskakatosta, vaikka kaikki muu ohjeistus kohteessa oli selkeää.

Läget är superbra med gångavstånd till torget, butiker, restauranger och hamnen. Fönstren i lägenheten var mot bakgården, dvs man stördes inte av ljud från biltrafiken. Gratis parkering i garaget vilket är bra.
Det var jättevarmt i lägenheten när utetemperaturen var ca +30C. Det fanns ändå en fläkt i lägenheten, men det skulle behövts en avkylningsaggregat för att få temperaturen ned tillräckligt för att man skulle kunna sova ordentligt. Inkörningen till p-platsen till nedre planet i garaget är trångt, så man ska inte ha en alltför stor bil för att kunna komma in dit. Krävs också bra körvana för att kunna köra in och ut från garaget.
