The staff, location, facility and the property itself. The people are welcoming and service is top notch. We got an upgrade, laundry is free, minibar is free. Most of the staff speak good English and those who don’t go out of their way to help. Amazing people. And the hotel decor, look and feel just takes you to a movie set experience. They also have a costume room for you to take photos in traditional attire anytime of the day. Breakfast is pre-ordered and of good quality. You also get hi-tea in the afternoon
The WiFi is a bit sketchy.

It’s an amazing building with a piece of history behind. Seamless decoration and featuring.
Staff were far beyond expectations. It’s a 5* service.
Maybe rooms were a little smaller that expected. And I have to give 4 out 5 on location because the street is on construction and now, Aug ‘26, isn’t the best environment. I’m sure it would be amazing once finished.
BUT, staff were amazingly kind and helped us with the luggage.
