Room was very nice and cozy, slightly dirty floors but nothing we couldn’t handle. the restaurant at the hotel SUCKS. but overall a really nice place to stay, will be coming back!

The king suite was perfect for our overnight stay in the Duluth area. We really liked the fireplace, the jacuzzi, the comfortable bed, and the large windows. While the place is dated and there was a fair amount of popcorn on the hallway floors (haha) it was a clean room. Staff was friendly and the hot cocoa/coffee/popcorn bar in the lobby was a nice treat. Had it not been brutally cold, we would've enjoyed the outdoor seating and firepits. I would gladly return to stay again.
