Set in the peaceful rolling hills of Jo Daviess County, this one-of-a-kind property is ideal for families, couples, or small gatherings looking to unplug and reconnect.

With soaring ceilings, original stained-glass windows, serene outdoor spaces, and beautiful furnishings, every corner of this retreat offers warmth, character, and a sense of sacred stillness. Whether you`re enjoying a quiet evening by the fire, dining with views of the hills, or sipping coffee beneath the gazebo—this is more than a getaway... it’s an experience.

BEDROOMS:
• Primary Bedroom (Upper Level): King bed with private patio, ensuite bathroom, and folding doors for added privacy
• Bedroom 2 (Main Level): Queen bed with original stained-glass window and ceiling fan
• Bedroom 3 (Main Level): Queen bed with original stained-glass window and ceiling fan
• Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom conveniently located on the main floor.

KITCHEN & DINING:
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and drip coffee maker. The dining room offers stunning hilltop views, making every meal a beautiful moment.

OUTDOOR GRILL:
A propane grill is available on the patio, along with a dining and entertainment area. Propane is provided, and guests are kindly asked to clean the grill after use.

FIREPLACE:
The cozy indoor fireplace is perfect for gathering and unwinding in the main living area. Please follow provided use instructions. Guests must provide their own firewood.

THINGS TO DO:
Take a walk through the private gardens, read a book under the gazebo courtyard, or catch the sunset from the backyard firepit. Explore the countryside of Jo Daviess County or enjoy a scenic drive to nearby towns for antique shopping, hiking, or local bites.

We’ve streamlined check-in and check-out for flexibility! Our professional cleaning team ensures every stay starts fresh and comfortable. If you`d like a little extra time to ease in or out, we recommend booking the night before or after.

🔥 Grills & LP Tanks:
Our owners generously provide grills at no cost. However, full LP tanks aren’t guaranteed. We do our best to make sure there’s at least 1/3 of a tank ready for you. If you need more, refills or exchanges are up to you.

✨ Starter Kit:
To help you settle in, we provide:
• 🧻 One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• 🧼 One roll of paper towels
(If you’re staying longer or with a group, you might want to bring along a few extras just in case!)
