About this cottage rental
Treat yourself to a nature and heritage getaway just 1.5 hours from Paris (Gare d'Austerlitz) in the heart of the Loire Valley. Located near the medieval town of Beaugency, between Orléans and Blois, Gîte La Talonnière is ideally situated on the Loire à Vélo tourist route.
Ideal location for exploring:
The Loire Valley châteaux: Chambord, Blois, Cheverny, Meung-sur-Loire, Beaugency, Orléans Cathedral, Cléry-Saint-André Abbey, and the famous Beauval Zoo.
Just a stone's throw away, the Jardin de la Huppe, close to the school and within walking distance, is a safe play area for children.
A bread and pastry service is available at the nearby bar. Pre-booking is required the day before, with delivery starting at 9 [hidden] the following day, except on days when the restaurant is closed or during annual holidays.
This family-friendly cottage is the ideal starting point for your vacation in the Loire Valley: cycling, historical discoveries, nature activities, and relaxing stays. This vacation home features a beautiful 46 m² living area on the ground floor, including a lounge, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a separate toilet with a washbasin.
Upstairs, there is a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, washing machine) and three bedrooms: two bedrooms with a 140 cm bed and one bedroom with a 90 cm bed and two 80 cm beds (which can be joined to form a 160 cm bed).
You can enjoy the terrace and private courtyard at the back of the house with its relaxation lounge, garden furniture, gas grill, and table tennis table for spending time with your family.
You will have private parking for two cars at the front of the house in the gated courtyard. Free public parking is also available 20 meters away.
Heating is included.
A reinforced socket for electric vehicles is available in the parking lot upon request. The price is based on the kW consumed via the app. This accommodation is NOT suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
