About this villa rental
Located on the Caribbean Sea side, towards the north of the island by the N3 and a few hairpin bends from the Balata gardens, our 91m² villa overlooks the center of Fort-de-France where you will reach in less than 10 minutes.
Its ideal location in the center of the island, allows you to easily radiate according to your wishes to the four corners of Martinique.
The villa, decorated with care, is naturally ventilated. There is serenity and calm, far from any noisy traffic.
The accommodation
Our villa is very close to the green setting listed as an UNESCO World Heritage Site; Mount Pelée, the forests and the northern peaks (Lacroix, Dumauzé, Alma, ...).
Less than 15 minutes away, in the direction of Schoelcher, you will enjoy the beaches of Madiana and Anse Collat.
Entirely at your disposal, it consists of; a living room; a covered terrace; a large veranda; an equipped kitchen; a bathroom with bathtub and toilet; a separate toilet.
The villa sleeps 8 (6+2), i.e. 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.
For your grills, accessible from the back of the veranda, you have at your disposal a space with a plancha.
Adjoining the villa you also have a wooded garden, currently being improved, but nevertheless accessible.
The villa is perched at the top of a small "hill"; it is the last house and no traffic is possible beyond it!
