Welcome to our cozy 2-bed, 2-bath beach cottage on Gulf Shores Island! Just 2.3 miles from the beach and a short walk to coffee, restaurants, entertainment, and state park trails. Enjoy the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure!
As you arrive, you'll find ample parking with our spacious 4-car driveway. Relax on the front porch with its two cozy chairs, perfect for sipping your morning coffee and enjoying the tranquility of our peaceful neighborhood.
Step inside to the inviting open-plan living area, featuring a mounted 55-inch Roku smart TV, a comfortable pullout sofa, 2 cozy swivel chairs, roll-away coffee table, and a dining table that seats 6. The well-lit kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils, a cookbook, and a Keurig coffee maker with reusable K-cups for those who prefer their own ground coffee and/or Tea! The fridge includes a filtered water system to keep you refreshed.
From the living room, you'll access the spacious master bedroom, complete with a king bed, a 55-inch Roku smart TV, personal workspace desk and chair, and a private bathroom. At the opposite end of the kitchen, you’ll find the second bedroom, featuring two twin beds and a mounted Roku Express TV.
The guest bathroom includes a detachable shower head, ideal for washing off sand from kids after a day at the beach or outdoor play. In the laundry room, you'll find a fully functional washer and dryer, along with beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon to enhance your beach experience. Our fenced-in backyard offers a great space for relaxation, with an outdoor table seating 8, a fire pit with chairs, and a propane grill for your enjoyment.

We had a great stay. 2 miles to the beach and a few more to several public accesses to Orange Beach which is fabulous. Bike trails and State Park down the street. The house is awesome and just far enough from the crowds in a peaceful neighborhood.
