About this cottage rental
Ground floor: Large 104 m² living room with two seating areas in front of a wood-burning stove, a foosball table, a dining area, and a kitchen. A shower room with toilet, and a pantry are also available.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with three single beds, two bedrooms with a double bed, two bedrooms with a single bed, one bedroom with three single beds, two bathrooms with toilets, and one shower room with toilet. Cross beams on the upper floor are between 1.60 m and 1.80 m high. Space heaters in the bedrooms.
Private 40 m² terrace. Shared with the owners: 5,000 m² enclosed garden, fenced swimming pool with gate, heated (heat pump) to 25°C in May/June and 28°C in summer, 5 x 10 m (1.20 m deep), open from May 1 to October 31, from 9 [hidden] to 9 [hidden] Ping-pong, badminton, double swing.
For babies: beds, high chairs, bathtub, toilet seat reducer, safety railing.
Fiberglass internet via repeater, Blue-ray player.
Option to rent an additional annex for a total of 15 people, 7 bedrooms, ref. 16G30982.
Owners' dog on site. This large gîte has been converted from a former stable with exposed stone and beams, in the heart of a peaceful hamlet in southern Charente. Separate entrance.
