About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 60 m² house for rent in the town of Caulnes, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom, and you can enjoy a shared outdoor area of around 500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200).
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x200).
- A bathroom with a bath.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional items: a high chair, washing machine, cot, griddle, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A shared, open-air outdoor area of 500 m²
