About this house rental

Our seasonal rental with garden is located in Caulnes, in the Côtes d'Armor.
Dinan 15 minutes away, Dinard 30 minutes away and St Malo. The forest of Brocéliande 20 minutes away. 45 minutes from the house is Cap Frehel, the fortified castle of La Latte and the bay of St Brieuc. Mont St Michèle is 1 hour away.
You will find in Caulnes all the amenities and shops for your stay.
Our completely renovated house is composed of:
On the first floor:
1 living room: living room, dining room, kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the kitchen essentials.)
1 shower room with washing machine and 1 separate toilet.

Upstairs:
3 bedrooms:
1st: 1 bed of 160 /200
2nd: 1 bed of 160/200 or maybe 2 times 80/200
3rd: 2 single beds 90/200
1 toilet with a water point.

For your comfort, we offer you on request:
- Bed linen. Beds are made before your arrival. Price per stay: €14.90 for a bed for 2 people; €12 for a bed for 1 person.
- towels. Price: €5 per person (2 towels provided: 1 large and one medium)

Outside: you have at your disposal garden table and chairs, clothesline, barbecue and armchairs.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Nous avons été bien accueillis avec de petites attentions. C'est un endroit très calme. La maison était rénovée avec goût et était très confortable.

Literie et nombre de lits adaptés à nos besoins Cuisine parfaitement équipée Salle de douche très agréable Au calme Jardin et terrasse Place pour se garer sans soucis A 30 mn des principaux sites touristiques Communication avec la propriétaire et la gérante : très gentilles et efficaces
