About this villa rental
A lovely home in a fantastic location. Located close to Disney World, this 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home has everything you need including a fully operational kitchen, a comfortable living room and a south-facing screened-in pool area that gets the sun all day long. The pool is heated by solar panels so there is no additional charge per day for pool heat. This generally costs $35 per day with most villas in Orlando. The wifi also has speeds of up to 400mbps.
Our home is located in the community of Orangetree, a quiet neighbourhood that also has tennis and pickleball courts. There is a nature trail towards the back end that takes you round the lake and ends through the woods. You can even pick your own oranges from the orange groves!
The villa is in a fantastic location. Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot and Animal Kingdom are only around 20 minutes away and if you travel a bit further you'll find Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Sea World.
Publix and Walmart are both within 5 minutes as well as other places such as Starbucks, CVS, Walgreens, Wawa, McDonald's, Burger King and Domino's among others!
If you like shopping the Mall at Millenia and the Florida Mall are not too far away and you also have the Prime and Premium Outlets close by.
If you feel like doing things that aren't theme park-related you can go to one of the numerous golf courses round about. You have King's Ridge, Mystic Dunes and Polo Park only a short drive away or you could experience one of Disney's own fantastic golf courses. Disney's Grand Floridian does an excellent afternoon tea or you could always go there at night and get a great view of the fireworks with Cinderella's Castle in the background.
5 minutes up the road there is Lake Louisa where you can go camping, horse back riding, fishing, hiking etc. You could even decide to leave Orlando for the day and go to the beach at New Smyrna or St. Petersburg, take a trip to NASA at Cape Canaveral or go off the beaten track and take a drive to Rock Springs in Apopka where you can experience the wonderful natural spring.
