Welcome to our vacation home, Falky.
In Baabe, a gem among Rügen’s seaside resorts, a comfortably furnished vacation home
for 1–5 people awaits you. The property was completed in 2003.

The rental rates are based on 2 people; each additional person pays a surcharge per night.
Electricity, water, and heating are included.
Towels and bed linens can be ordered from the property manager for a fee.

sun-drenched beaches, which are a particular highlight of Baabe. A fascinating coastal landscape—sometimes steep, sometimes flat—shaped over millennia by the wind, ice, and sea. The property is located in a quiet setting right on Lake Sellin.
The beach promenade and the Baltic Sea beach are within easy walking distance.
The free shuttle service “Uns lütt
Bahn” will take you to the beach or the promenade (the stop is about a 3-minute walk from the house). This location is characterized by relaxing tranquility while still
being close to the heart of the town.
The ideal vacation home for swimming, day trips, and hikes in one of Rügen’s most charming areas. Our property is available year-round, features underfloor heating in all rooms, and includes 2 bedrooms, a living room/kitchen, a shower/toilet, and is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, cable TV, DVD player, a radio/CD player, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, an egg cooker, pots, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. Wi-Fi is, of course, also available.
In addition, there is a spacious furnished terrace available, which is accessible from the living room/kitchen. The well-maintained property includes a children’s playground, a barbecue area, and a bike shed. A parking space is located directly in front of the house. You can optionally book bed linens as well as hand and bath towels. A crib and high chair are available. A wide selection of restaurants and shopping options are within easy walking distance.
