Location, location, location! Adorable 2 bed, 2 bath Condo located on the highly sought after Gulf Shore Blvd (GSB) at La Maison Club with Bay views and a 2 min walk to the beach. This updated 3rd floor condo has it all, including lanais that overlook the bay, a community pool & terrace, fitness room, community room, (1) covered parking spot and more!
Exercise in the morning in the brand new fitness room or go for a jog along the bay or ocean. Biking around GSB and Naples is a also popular activity and covered bike storage is provided. The beautiful Naples beach is just a 2 min walk across the street and beach chairs & umbrella provided. The sunset on the Gulf is a MUST SEE and a nightly social event for all of those living on GSB.
Unwind in the afternoon down at the La Maison Club Terrace watching dolphins play and fish jumping in the bay. At night, the luxurious restaurants and shops at Venetian Village are a must and just a short walk away. Or try any of the fabulous restaurants on 5h Street or 3rd Ave in Downtown Naples, about a 10 minute drive. The community offers various social events and all renters are invited to participate and be a part of the community.
APPLICATION: All rentals at La Maison Club require a lease application be completed and submitted at
least 3 weeks prior to check-in date for approval. Forms will be emailed upon booking or upon
request prior to booking.
NOTE: Rental period is 2-month minimum; Condo is currently on the market and must be made available for potential showings on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Available for the 2025 rental season beginning February 1, 2025.
