Our apartment is located in a secure, gated building in the heart of Isla Verde’s vibrant strip. It’s safe and generally peaceful, but please keep in mind that this central location may occasionally bring some noise.

I chose this VRBO carefully after reviewing multiple properties in San Juan. The studio apartment was perfect. I've never seen a case where the owner went to painstaking trouble to think about everything his clients would need. We were pleasantly surprised over and over. The location was the biggest surprise due to its being ON THE BEACH and a very short walk to a full service 24/7 super market. Uber was our transport and never failed us from that location. We were about 15 minutes from Old San Juan, where we spent most of our time.Gabriel, our host, was impeccable about good communication and helpful advice. We had one glitch with an internet router that went on the fritz and he quickly found a fix.We give an unqualified 'thumbs up' to this property and we hope to visit again. This property, in this location, helped make our first visit to San Juan just about perfect.
