About this apartment rental
A ground floor 2 Bedroom Apt in a tranquil, secure family complex. Excellent for Seniors or families with young children looking for a an apt. that has both a large patio garden to enjoy as well as the beautiful beach nearby. For longer stays we are offering a very generous monthly discount. Extend your stay! Both bedrooms are nicely furnished with comfortable beds, A/C, ceiling fans and closets. The kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked with plates and utensils. Off the kitchen is a very comfortable living room with large tv and a dining room that sits 5 comfortably. This living / dining room area is now equipped with a mini-split a/c to cool you off after a hot day on the beach. The dining room leads out to a large patio garden where you can use our grill, enjoy a meal outdoors or lounge around on the hammock. There is also an outdoor bathroom with shower to wash off the sand before going back in the apt. And now enjoy the large deck in the front of the house which provides a great place to sit and enjoy the ocean view.

Beach within walking distance. Staff is friendly and made themselves available when you needed them. Stores and restaurants within walking distance. Apartment could use some updating, otherwise very roomy and comfortable. Short ride to Old San Juan area and other beaches.

Great location a literal stones’ throw from the ocean. Nice yard/deck/ breezeway to relax in. Nice restaurants and protected beach in short walks. Easy access with onsite parking. Great hosts.

This was a wonderful spot to call home in Puerto Rico. So close to the beach you can hear the waves crashing! We were in the lower room so we didn't have a view but it was really fine! A short walk to a big golden beach and a sweet smaller sea-walled area closer, perfect for hours of relaxation. Walk to the breakfast Bistro, really good restaurants like Ferrari.... easy & great would go again in a heartbeat!The hosts are perfect had everything and went out of their way to accommodate! Thank You John!
