Private, modern & scenic suite in a quiet & beautiful neighborhood 5-10 minutes to popular attractions like Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, Chapel & Tlaquepaque. Enjoy breathtaking mountain views while sipping a warm cup of coffee from the comfort of your bedroom. Whether you`re seeking adventure or relaxation, it’s the perfect getaway for your Sedona experience.

Your hosts are friends and neighbors who love wine, good music, and the great outdoors. Sharon and Christopher are the property owners who live at the house with their dog Rumi, but they also travel occasionally for business. Psyche is the neighbor, co-host, and property manager overseeing the suite, and she loves creating spaces to share with travelers.
REQUIRED: Rental Agreement & ID
For added the protection to the guest’s reservation and the homeowners’ property, we`ll request that the booker sign a rental agreement and share a copy of the booker`s government photo ID. To ensure the reservation, these requirements must be completed within 24 hours upon booking.

Parking
A dedicated parking space for one (1) vehicle is available on the private gravel pathway. DO NOT park on the street or the roundabout driveway reserved for the main house. Trailers, RV`s, or trailer trucks are not permitted.
Because of the tight turn to get into the parking space, this space cannot accommodate trailers or trailer trucks for parking.
Central Heating and Cooling
This home has a standard schedule of heating and cooling for summer season and winter season, optimized for seasonal comfort and energy efficiency. If you`d prefer a specific temperature adjustment during your stay, just let us know.
Privacy
A soundproofed partition door separates this suite from the rest of the house, ensuring privacy and comfort for both guests and hosts, and it stays locked and secured at all times.
