Welcome to our charming cottage, nestled in the heart of the village of Athée-sur-Cher. Ideal for a peaceful getaway, our cottage offers all modern comforts. In the heart of the Loire Valley castles, explore the hiking trails, local vineyards, and picturesque villages. Perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking tranquility. Come and rejuvenate with us! Welcome to our charming holiday home! Although it is adjacent to our house, it is completely independent for your comfort. You can relax in the shared garden and enjoy your private terrace. Each bedroom, about fifteen square meters, is equipped with plenty of storage space to ensure a pleasant stay. The bathroom, spacious and modern, adds a touch of luxury. The open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining area are filled with natural light and provide direct access to the large terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Welcome to our independent and comfortable accommodation. You can enjoy your private terrace as well as the shared garden, which is carefully cultivated according to permaculture principles for a natural and pleasant environment. We can communicate before, during, and after your stay through the Airbnb platform. We will also provide you with our mobile number. If we are not available, we are still reachable, and our parents, who live a few kilometers away, can assist if there are any issues with the accommodation. Located in the heart of the village, our accommodation is on a very quiet, one-way street. The bakery is less than 50 meters away, and the grocery store is just a 2-minute walk. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the neighbors are very friendly! The carport where you can park your car is located under the house of our lovely neighbor. If you arrive late or leave early, we kindly ask you to be mindful of noise to ensure a peaceful night's sleep for her and her daughter. Thank you for your consideration!
