Whether you’re visiting East Texas A&M University, exploring Copper State Park, or just looking for a cozy getaway, this home is the ideal spot.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with super comfy seating — perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Stream your favorite shows on the Roku TV, cook up a storm in the fully stocked kitchen, and enjoy the convenience of a full bathroom with double sinks and an in-house laundry room.
When it’s time to rest, you’ll love the ultra-comfy mattresses designed for a great night’s sleep. Step outside to the big yard, perfect for relaxing under the stars or enjoying your morning coffee surrounded by nature.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the living quarters with the barndominium, the front porch, and yard space around the building. The living space is a separate space from the Barn storage areas with it's own door.
We kindly ask for guests to respect the private barn storage area which is reserved for the Hosts access only.

April/May is prime time for blue bonnets with plenty of nearby photo opportunities.

All was just as described. Not far from town, but isolated enough to be quiet and peaceful. Very quaint, clean, and accommodating. We'll be back!
