Walkable to Everywhere in Little Italy- Near CWRU and Cleveland Clinic Main Campus

Location — ‘walkable’ is absolutely accurate. Right off the heart of little Italy and within a 15 minute stroll to several major museums Clean and well-stocked. Entry instructions and layout simple and easy. Minimal requirements for departure. Just run the dishwasher. That’s it! Appreciate when hosts don’t expect their guests to also serve as the housekeeping crew. This host is quite gracious in that regard.

Single lane driveway and parking spot for two units requiring stacking if both units are rented to people both with vehicles. Street parking seems to be permit only for neighborhood residents. Fortunately, this ended up not being an inconvenience for us because one night the other occupants didn’t bring a car, and we chose to avoid moving ours until the morning we left. But i could see that stacking and moving to let people out or to get out being an inconvenience or restriction under other circumstances. That being noted, the host was proactive and attentive about communicating about it, so that was reassuring. I’d probably rent there again because it’s a lovely, well-kept property but that parking situation might give me some pause if I had plans for leaving and returning throughout the day or concerns about getting blocked in while the other unit’s occupants have left on foot to go exploring or something like that.

Great location! Comfortable and the host is super accommodating.

It really was a great location as described. Brilliant for public transport. The host was very responsive and helpful. 100% would recommend.

Can’t say there was anything bad. We where up stair which where a bit narrow if you have mobility issues so ask for the ground floor.

We were able to walk to CWRU in about half an hour. The neighborhood was safe. The host was responsive. There was a dedicated car parking. The kitchen has new appliances and nice dishware.

Unfortunately the house is very small and old. Although the kitchen counter and the bedding was clean, in general there was dust and stain everywhere. The bathroom was extremely small. It was difficult to fit into the kitchen. There were coffee and tea bags, but no cream. The cookware was old.
