It really was a great location as described. Brilliant for public transport. The host was very responsive and helpful. 100% would recommend.
Can’t say there was anything bad. We where up stair which where a bit narrow if you have mobility issues so ask for the ground floor.

Excellent location! Apartment has everything you’d need to prepare own meals if you’re trying to save.
Only downside was street construction while we were there, out of owners control.

We were able to walk to CWRU in about half an hour. The neighborhood was safe. The host was responsive. There was a dedicated car parking. The kitchen has new appliances and nice dishware.
Unfortunately the house is very small and old. Although the kitchen counter and the bedding was clean, in general there was dust and stain everywhere. The bathroom was extremely small. It was difficult to fit into the kitchen. There were coffee and tea bags, but no cream. The cookware was old.
